General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The data collected on the website comes from the voluntary communication of personal data by visitors and users of the service. In this regard, minors under the age of 15 must be authorised by the holder of parental rights or their legal representative to log on to it. The data collected in this way is used only to transmit items of information related to requests, to assignments carried out and to services performed in the context of the remote services provided by Besançon City Council.

Processing of this data is based on the following legal texts : articles 6.1.a and 6.1.e of the GDPR (European regulation on protection of personal data) and article 7 and 7-3 of the French Data Protection Act (consent and processing required to carry out a task in the public interest or related to exercising the public authority vested in the data controller), and Articles 6.1.c and 7.4 of the GDPR and Articles 7-1 and 7-4 of the French Data Protection Act (compliance with a legal obligation and execution of a contract or pre-contractual measure).
